I am up before 8 on a Sunday and I'm not terribly happy about it. I AM happy about the reason for it, which is the delivery of my new washer and dryer, but damn. Wanna sleeeeep.

Happy Friday! I'm in a fantastic mood today. I got a good night's sleep. You know, since I started exercising I've noticed a definite change in my sleeping habits. Well, I had every intention of going to church this morning.

I set my alarm for 8:30. I woke up at 10:30. I have no memory of shutting off my alarm and going back to sleep. I think I better change the alarm sound to something more strident and irritating.

Oh well. There's always next week.
